How Do I Track/Amend/Cancel My Order?

Who Will Deliver My Order?
If you order using our Standard Delivery service, your products will be delivered via courier to ensure that products can be delivered quickly and safely to your door.

Will You work with my charity?
We receive a lot of letters, calls and emails every day from various charities and organisations who would love to work with us. Whilst we’d love to help all of these worthy charities, unfortunately we can’t fulfil the huge demand we receive.Therefore, instead of undertaking the impossible task of deciding which events to support, we designate a few charities each year to which we give our support.

Do any of your products contain alcohol?
We do not sell any products that contain alcohol or traces of alcohol. Not even as preservatives.

Are all of your products Halal?
Yes, all of the products we sell online and in-store are Halal.

How should I store chocolate?
All of our products should be stored in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

My card has been declined. Why?
This is always frustrating and there are a number of reasons as to why a card may decline, we always suggest the best thing to do is to check your details are correct and contact your bank. If no explanation can be found please contact our customer service team.

What if I’m not happy with my order?
You can order in complete confidence; if you’re not 100% happy with your order, then we guarantee we’ll immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate.

What if my order arrives damaged?
All of our products are carefully packed to withstand their journey in the post and we are confident they will arrive with you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please don’t worry. We guarantee we’ll immediately put it right for you – refunding or replacing as appropriate.
